I make the wild recipe for baked savory dough, filling and rolling. It looks very good! The secret is to roll out the dough by hand to form a rectangle and make it thicker. If you roll it out with a rolling pin, it becomes thin and tends to dry out after baking.

I made the filling with mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, pepperoni (raw) and oregano, on top I brushed it with olive oil and more oregano, then just put it in the preheated oven at 200º until it was golden. You don’t need to grease the pan. One recipe yields 1 loaf.
