
Yesterday, 11:30pm and I was making Catalan Cream. Just a very person gorda insane! But there is a mitigating factor, it is very easy. I did almost the same as in the book. I only added a vanilla bean to the milk, I didn’t use brown sugar, I used organic crystal and to burn the sugar I used a blow torch. It was very good!!!
