I made a cassava cream and I already gave the recipe HERE , this time I added 2 potatoes and didn’t use the bacon, after it cooled I put it in individual ramekins, wet the edge and “glued” a puff pastry lid, which if you’re smart you can buy ready-made in the supermarket (I used the one from Arosa) . I put it in the preheated oven at 200º until golden.
Oh, you have to poke a few holes in the dough with a fork before covering the ramekin so it doesn’t puff up too much (two skewers with a fork are enough).
This dough mixed with cream becomes a koidiloko! Too good!
