On the way back from Mossoró, my flight left Fortaleza and luckily I had time to quickly go to the market and buy delicious cashew nuts. I brought the unsalted one, just toasted and decided to make the peanut praline recipe with them. It was delicious, but next time I’ll add less chocolate.

I added to the pan: 1 cup of chestnuts, 1/2 of sugar, 1 tablespoon of chocolate powder, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon, 1 teaspoon of baking powder. I mix everything over low heat until the sugar melts and coats the chestnuts. Then I poured it into a baking dish, waited for it to cool a little and separated the chestnuts that were stuck together. The cone is completely dry and once cold it doesn’t stick together. It didn’t last 2 minutes! Husband detonated!
