For the cake dough, just blend it in a blender or mixer:
– 1 large unpeeled carrot, chopped
– 4 eggs
– 150 ml of oil

After mixing well, in another container (because it is a dense mass and your “liqui” will not be able to mix), add:
– 2 cups (tea) of wheat flour
– 2 cups (tea) of sugar
– 1 tablespoon of baking powder.

Bake the dough in a preheated oven at 200º for about 35 minutes (this time can vary dramatically depending on the brand of oven, so test with a toothpick).

To the roof:
Bring to the boil 1 can of condensed milk, 1 tablespoon of unsalted butter, 2 tablespoons of chocolate powder (I always use Dois Frades from Nestlé).

Once it boils, stir a little more and turn it off. I also added 1 tablespoon of cream after turning off the heat, to make it softer, but it’s optional.
