Carpaccio – Panel therapy

Meat

I confess that raw meat is not my favorite dish, but my husband is crazy about carpaccio. And I’m not stupid or anything, I buy the Bassi brand ready-made, which comes frozen in very thin slices, as it should be, ready to serve.

The sauce is a mixture of 4 tablespoons of yellow mustard, 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, salt and freshly ground pepper.

To serve, spread the slices on a large plate, pour over the sauce, sprinkle with capers and parmesan.

Does raw meat have to be consumed right away? From freezer to table!
