Caramelized White Chocolate Fudge

Caramelized White Chocolate Fudge

Sweet cakes and pies

How to describe what it is fudge? Hmm… in approximation very forced The most similar sweet would be the brigadeiro, due to the ingredients used, and the texture would resemble dulce de leche.

Traditionally it is made with sugar, milk and butter. Cook everything until it becomes a saturated sugar mixture, just like dulce de leche.

It seems like a lot of work, but it isn’t when you use: condensed milk e microwave. The maximum cooking time will be 6-7 minutes, the rest is waiting for the candy to cool.

I personally have no problem using the magical microwaves, present both in the kitchen and in our everyday lives. Hand on full wheel. I won’t even dare to enter into the discussion, not so Interesting like condensed milk. For example, without it our sweet and beloved brigadeiro it wouldn’t be the same. And not even this one fudge.

This version of caramelized white chocolate is a little different from the more common one made with dark chocolate. It became softer and more malleable, but no less addictive.
