Condensed milk pudding is a very neutral base that allows us to create several recipes and this was one of the best versions I’ve ever tried. I used Melitta’s Chocolate Cappuccino, which is creamy, delicious and easy to prepare! Shall we improve the pudding? Look how simple it is to do:
Ingredients:
1 cup. (tea) sugar;
1 can of condensed milk; 1 can of milk (use the can of condensed milk to measure);
3 eggs;
2 col. Melitta Chocolate Cappuccino (soup).
Preparation Mode:
Melt the sugar over low heat until it becomes caramel. Spread it on the bottom and sides of the pan. Blend all other ingredients in a blender and place in the caramelized mold. Cover with aluminum foil and bake in a preheated oven in a bain-marie for approximately 1 hour or until the surface is firm to the touch. Let it cool and take it to the fridge for 5 hours before unmolding it.
