Light and delicious salad! It can be made with chard or cabbage which is equally delicious!
Just slice 1/2 cabbage (I used a very small one), add 1 finely chopped apple, a handful of raisins, season with salt, pepper, olive oil (the little seasoning you always use in salads).
Finally, add a teaspoon of mustard (I used Dijon, but it can be regular) and ricotta cream (I mixed a little bit of milk first to make it thinner).
If you prefer, you can use mayonnaise or sour cream. But anyone who knows me knows that ricotta cream is my addiction!
Finally, just sprinkle chopped walnuts and “bouas”. Because eating without guilt is a beautiful thing!
