Broccoli Quiche – Panelaterapia

Broccoli Quiche

Sweet cakes and pies

Today is Saturday and cleaning the house burns away the excess (êta lerê!)! This quiche is perfect for a quick and hassle-free meal! Needless to say, broccoli can be replaced with “N” vegetables, right? Unleash the creativity in you!!!
I loved this recipe. I’ll do it more often!

Massa:
– 1 ovo;
– 2 cups of flour;
– 2 tablespoons of water;
– 80 g of chopped butter taken from the fridge 15 minutes before (I used culinary margarine);
– Salt to taste (I also used a pinch of saffron to make it more yellow and freshly ground white pepper).

Mix everything until the butter dissolves and forms a ball. If necessary, add more flour or more water. Wrap in plastic wrap, or place in a bag, and refrigerate for about 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, make the filling with the ingredients:

1/2 bunch of ninja broccoli, cut into small flowers and cooked;
1 piece of lean bacon;
1/2 chopped onion;
1/4 of crumbled ricotta.
I fried the bacon, added the onion and then the cooked broccoli. I seasoned it with powdered vegetable broth (just a little), white pepper, nutmeg. I adjusted the salt and off the heat I added the crumbled ricotta (I only used this because it was soup in the fridge).
Roof:
3 eggs;
200ml cream (I used light);
Pinch of salt;
Grated Parmesan cheese.
Mix the first 3 ingredients well.

Assembly:
Roll out the dough with a rolling pin (to be sure, I greased the granite with oil), line a mold with a removable rim or dish suitable for quiche with the dough, spread the filling (which must be completely cold) and pour the cover on top. Sprinkle with grated parmesan and bake at 200º until the topping is golden (mine took 1 hour).
