I’m specializing in the art of making “barbecue” in the oven since the laziness of using the grill prevails in a house with 2 people.

The photos show practically everything you need to know to make this recipe.

Heat the oven at maximum temperature for 15 minutes.

Make a “bed” of coarse salt in a preferably shallow pan (I used a pizza pan) and add the piece of meat (without any seasoning). Sprinkle more coarse salt on top and bake until golden (still at maximum temperature). Remove excess salt and slice.
