Breast with red wine sauce and mushrooms is a delicious and easy recipe for you to shine at your supper! It’s one of those recipes where we put everything in the pan and it comes out ready! And you know what is better? It was prepared with Dom Bosco Wine, the perfect table wine to make the good moments of our day even more special!

Ingredients:
– 2 onions;
– 1 col. (soup) of chopped or crushed garlic;
– 1 cup. (tea) of homemade or industrialized meat broth, which would be 1 tablet dissolved in water;
– 2 col. (soup) Worcestershire sauce;
– 200ml dry red Dom Bosco wine;
– 1 breast seasoned with salt and black pepper weighing between 800g and 1.2kg;
– salt and parsley to taste;
– 1/2 cup. champignon (tea).

Performance 4 to 6 servings
