Learn how to make breaded chicken without frying:

What takes?

120 grams of chicken breast
1 clara
1 tablespoon flaxseed flour
1 tablespoon granulated cashew nuts
Sea salt, fleur de sel or Himalayan rose to taste
Freshly ground black pepper
Juice of half a lemon
Coconut oil (enough for greasing)

How to make?

Start by cutting the fillets so that they are neither too thin nor too thick. Season the chicken meat well, using lemon, salt and black pepper to taste. Reserve.

In a deep plate, beat the egg white, but it doesn’t need to be stiff. In another deep dish, prepare the mixture between linseed flour and crushed cashew nuts. Take the opportunity to grease the baking tray with a little coconut oil and leave the oven to preheat.

To make breaded chicken without frying, dip the fillets individually in the egg white and flour mixture. Then, squeeze each one of them in your hands, to make sure the chestnut and linseed stick together well and place them on the baking tray.

Bake at 180 degrees for approximately 25 minutes or until golden and crispy. If you want, before breading the chicken, you can stuff it with turkey and cottage breast, buffalo mozzarella, ricotta or fresh cheese.
