Think of something that’s addictive! A sweet that doesn’t even take 20 minutes to prepare (and much less time to finish because it’s so good)!!!
It’s so good you can’t believe it’s so easy. But I’ll warn you that it sticks to the pans. I’ve tried making it in a greased and floured pie pan, in a non-stick cake pan, in a silicone mold and they ALL stick. The best option was to bake directly in oven-safe paper pans. It also sticks, but you can eat it easily.

Here’s how “vapt-vupt” goes: mix 1 can of condensed milk, 1 egg yolk and 1 packet of grated coconut. Place in the molds and place in the preheated oven at 200º for about 15 minutes.
It has a crispy crust on the outside and very wet on the inside, with the taste of milk pudding. Incredibly delicious!
I haven’t tried it yet, but you can make it in a greased baking dish and eat it with a spoon (oh, how fatty!). Whoever does it, let me know!
