Bolo de Banana Rapidão – Panelaterapia

Bolo de Banana Rapidão

Sweet cakes and pies

How was Carnival? They jumped a lot! I jumped like hell! I jumped over the 500 boxes spread around the house hahahaha. I moved house guys! I’m in the middle of chaos, but soon everything will be straightened out (if the column straightens out, it’s already a good size! Oh, you guys!).

To celebrate the change there was a bowl, but a “quick one” because cooking around here won’t happen until next week since there’s no granite in the cabinets, look how wonderful!!!

This cake is one of those good ones to make when the banana is overcooked, turning black, you know? It’s not a very big cake (I can’t tell you the size of the pan because it’s all boxed up in God knows which of the 500 boxes). But hey, the cake is super-mega-easy to make! Just look:

Ingredients:

  • 100g natural yogurt (I used light Greek);
  • 4 medium dwarf bananas;
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup of wheat flour
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 4 tablespoons of oil
  • 1 tablespoon of baking powder
  • sugar and cinnamon for sprinkling

Mash 2 bananas and add all the ingredients above (except the cinnamon and sugar, which are to be sprinkled last). Mix the dough with a wire whisk or similar. Place in greased and floured pan. Chop the other two bananas and spread over the dough. Sprinkle sugar and cinnamon, being careful not to add too much to the edges because the sugar sticks to the side of the pan and turns black. Bake in a preheated oven at 200º. I know you will be asking “how long to bake???” but oh, give up. And I explain why –> here.
