- 1 kg of beef rib
- 500 g of cooked cassava (learn how to make cassava bread)
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 2 onions
- salt to taste
- water to cover
- Green scent to taste

- Then, in a pressure cooker, start frying the beef ribs in oil until they are golden on all sides.

- Once done, add water until it covers the meat, season with salt and cook under pressure.
- Leave it on the fire for about 40 minutes until the ribs are well cooked, with the meat falling off the bones.
- Remove from heat and separate the meat from the bones.
- Transfer the broth to another pan and add the cooked cassava without the water and without the middle string.
- Also add the meat and cook over low heat for another 15 minutes.
- Remove from the heat, sprinkle with green pepper to taste and it’s ready to serve your stewed beef.
Tips for preparing stewed cow
- The stewed beef broth must be neither too thin nor too thick.. Therefore, if it is too thick, add a little more water, and if it is too thin, leave it on the heat for a little longer to thicken.
