Meanwhile, the financial part and logistics of product delivery were carried out by the sister-in-law.

Furthermore, the brand became a great success, as a result, demand for the pieces continued to grow. And Nati used vintage pieces, which she loved to use and customize, as her main inspirations. This way, she launched a few models at a time, without having a complete collection.

In 2016, the businesswoman opened her first physical store. This same year, the brand had gross revenue of R$3 million. In the following year, revenue was R$5 million and continued to grow. Thus, in 2019, the brand had revenues of R$100 million, with a forecast growth of 80%.

Currently, ByNV has five stores, four of which are located in São Paulo, with the one in the Jardins neighborhood having 3 floors and 440 m². As for the fifth store, it is located in his hometown, Campinas.

Grupo Soma acquires NV

Recently, Nati Vozza sold its ByNV brand to Grupo Soma, which also owns nine other brands, such as Farm, Animale, Maria Filó, Cris Barros, among others. In short, the purchase agreement was valued at R$210 million, part of which was paid in group shares.

As a result, Nati and her partner and ex-husband Antônio continue to lead the business. In fact, the acquisition of the brand by Grupo Soma is helping in the development of the brand, which is now called NV.
