Biscuit Stuffed with Bananada – Panelaterapia

Biscuit Stuffed with Bananada

Sweet cakes and pies

Recipe developed at Doriana’s request. It was delicious guys!!!

Ingredients:
100 g of gelated DORIANA

1 cup (tea) of sugar (160 g)
1 egg (about 50 g)
2 cups (tea) of wheat flour (240 g)
1 teaspoon of baking powder (5 g)

1- Beat the DORIANA in a mixer until it forms a cream. Add the sugar, egg and beat some more. Remove from the mixer.

2- Sift the flour with the baking powder and add it to the mixture, gently. Mix very well with your fingertips until it forms a smooth dough. Avoid working the dough too much with the palm of your hands.

3- Make a ball, cover with plastic and refrigerate for about 3 hours.

4- Using a rolling pin (0.5 cm thick) roll out the dough between 2 sheets of plastic. Cut the cookies with your own cutters or with the mouth of a small cup.

5- Place on a baking tray greased with DORIANA. Place in a preheated oven at medium temperature (180 degrees) for about 10 minutes or until lightly golden.

The recipe could end here, but I decided to use a banana jam as a filling. His recipe was given HERE. It was divine! Softened guava and dulce de leche are other filling options, okay?
