Recipe 100% mine! I wanted a recipe for muffins and I found several with chocolate chips, but I didn’t have them here, so I looked at the bis box and thought: “Why not”? And isn’t it really good?!! But hey, my suggestion is to make it in a pan and cut it like a brownie because the animals had a hard time getting out of the pan!!!
Let’s go to the recipe (for 6 dumplings):
¾ cup of flour
1 dessert spoon of baking powder
1 small egg
½ cup chocolate powder
¾ cup sugar (I used half sweetener and half brown sugar)
3 tablespoons of oil
3 tablespoons of milk
5 chopped BIS chocolates
Mix everything, place in greased and floured molds (or baking tray) until there is a finger left to complete. Bake in a medium oven for about 25 minutes (test with a toothpick until done).
It was very similar to a brownie, because the outside crust is very crunchy! I loved!
