Veggie fritters (Turkish mucver)

My Secret Movie Night Snack recipe- The most flavorful veggie patty! Zero flour, low carb, healthy snack!

Recipe
Lentil blend:
1- Soak 1 cup of green lentils, 1 cup of navy beans, and 1 cup of red lentils overnight (alternative: soak them for 3-4 hours, but add 1 tsp of baking soda to speed up the soaking process).
2- Add the soaked green lentils and red lentils in a blender with 2 eggs and 1.5 cups of yogurt.
3- Add the soaked navy beans in a blender with 1 egg and 1/2 cup of yogurt.
4- Combine all the blended mixes in a container.
5- Add 1 cup of flax seeds as a gluten substitute (alternative: psyllium husk).
6- Add 10 grams (or 1tbsp) of baking powder
7- Add 1 tbsp of salt and pepper (optional: 1 tsp cayenne pepper and turmeric because of their antioxidant properties)
8- Add 1 cup of olive oil
9- Mix all the ingredients well (the mix should be runny and smooth)

Veggie patties
– 3 cups Legumes blend
– 1 large zucchini (grated)
– 1 large, sweet potato
– 1 small bunch parsley
– 3-4 green onion
– Dry (1 tbsp) or fresh dill
– 1 tbsp black pepper
– 1 tbsp salt
– 1 tbsp paprika
– 1 tbsp cayenne pepper
– 1 tbsp onion powder
– 1 tsp turmeric
– Optional (1 cup almond flour and 2 tbsp peanut butter flour)
– 2 tsp baking powder (to stabilize the batter)
– 1/5 cup olive oil
Mix them all well
Divide into small patties on a tray
Spray them with a healthy choice of spray oil (I used avocado oil spray)
Bake them in an air fryer

Yogurt dip:
1 cup yogurt (see my homemade yogurt video:???)
1 small bunch of chopped parsley (or dill)
1 clove of garlic
A pinch salt
1 tsp cayenne pepper
