Garlic and angico bark teas can be used to strengthen the immune system and help fight the parasite that causes malaria.

To prepare, place 1 clove of garlic or 1 teaspoon of angico peel in 200 ml of boiling water, leaving the mixture on low heat for 5 to 10 minutes. You should take about 2 cups a day.

To protect the liver

The malaria parasite settles and reproduces in the liver, causing the death of cells in this organ, and to help maintain the health of this organ, you can use teas made from rue, boldo, lemongrass, eucalyptus, bark or leaf. orange or broom tea.

To prepare these teas, you must add 1 teaspoon of the leaves or bark of the plant to 200 ml of boiling water, then turn off the heat and let the mixture rest for 10 minutes. You should drink 2 to 3 cups a day.

To lower the fever

Drinking lemongrass, macela or elderberry tea helps reduce fever because they are anti-inflammatory and promote sweating, naturally lowering the temperature, and should be taken every 6 hours.

These teas are made by placing 1 teaspoon of the plant in a cup of boiling water, letting it steep for 10 minutes before straining and drinking.

Chamomile and boldo teas help relieve headaches because they are anti-inflammatory and relaxing agents that improve circulation and reduce pressure in the head, reducing pain.

The infusion is made at the rate of 1 spoonful of the plant for every cup of boiling water, and must be drunk at least twice a day.

Ginger works to improve digestion and relax the intestinal tract, which reduces nausea and the urge to vomit. To prepare the tea, place 1 tablespoon of ginger zest in 500 ml of water and let it boil for 8 to 10 minutes, drinking a small cup on an empty stomach and 30 minutes before meals.
