Beef with Broccoli in the Oriental Style

Meat

I received two new products from our partner Pitada Natural and decided to try them in this recipe. One of the new features is shoyu, which is made in Japan, 100% natural, without glutamate, without coloring and without preservatives. It only has 4 ingredients: organic soy, organic wheat, water and salt and is made with natural fermentation. Not to mention the flavor, which is wonderful!!!!

The other new feature is Pitada Japonesa, another 100% natural seasoning from the Pitadas line for you to use in oriental dishes. It has a perfect mix of ingredients: toasted sesame, black sesame, onion, orange peel, ginger, chives and chili pepper.

The best of all is that I used almost no ingredients to make this recipe! And it was very delicious! Just look:

Ingredients:
2 col. olive oil (soup);
300g of beef;
1/2 onion;
1 cup (tea) of pre-cooked broccoli for 5 minutes;
1 tablespoon of Pita Natural Japanese seasoning;
50 ml
50ml of water;
1 tablespoon of starch.
Salt to taste.

I started by making a broth, mixing the water, soy sauce and starch (without bringing it to the boil).
I sautéed the meat in olive oil, added salt, added the onion and broccoli and let it sauté over medium heat. I added the broth, the Japanese Pinch and let it thicken. Just that!

If you are not fortunate enough to have Pinch Natural in your home, the video has an option to replace it, just press play:
