Ingredients
- 300 grams of filet mignon in thin strips
- 3 tablespoons of butter
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of black pepper
- 1 sachet of powdered meat broth
- 4 cups (tea) of water
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 small onion chopped
- 1 and a half cups of arborio rice
- half a cup of dry white wine
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 2 cups arugula, roughly torn

- First, let’s prepare the risotto meat. Therefore, in a medium pan, heat a tablespoon of butter and then add the filet mignon strips, season with salt and pepper.
