Soups and creams in this cold weather in these parts go really well! I love! Mainly for practicality! Look how simple this recipe is:
Saute 1 small onion and 1 tablespoon full of garlic paste (or 3 chopped cloves) in olive oil. Add a medium potato chopped into cubes, then 1 liter of cooked beans (without seasoning) with the broth and 1 tablet or envelope of bacon broth. Wait for it to boil and the potatoes to cook, if the broth is too thick, add a little more water.
Blend in a blender or mixer. Chop half a slice of pepperoni and fry them (in their own fat) in a non-stick frying pan. Serve over cream.
Toasted cubed bread is also delicious! It’s a hit here at home!
* Changing the subject, I want to thank you immensely for the countless emails and comments about my uncle’s problem. Unfortunately he didn’t make it but I’m sure he’s in a place meant for good people!
