Best time to visit Conceição da Barra
For sun and sea lovers, the high season from December to March is ideal, with temperatures that can exceed 30oC and a lively Carnival in Itaúnas.

7. Guaxindiba Beach
Less busy than Itaúnas, it is a great option for those seeking tranquility. Located a short distance from Conceição da Barra, this beach has an extensive stretch of sand of 3 km and few waves, good for diving.
The water is not so clear because of the sand, but it is a very quiet place to relax.
8. Feast of St. Benedict and St. Sebastian
Held in January, this festival is much more than a religious celebration; it is an event that encompasses the culture and local community.
