On the other hand, in the bedroom, priority is given to the color white. After all, it is a tone that offers peace and tranquility. Everything we need when going to the beach, right? Furthermore, an important point that needs to be highlighted in the next decoration is the mosquito net in the house. This is because the nighttime climate in this region attracts a lot of insects. So, if you don’t want to be disturbed, you know what to do!

Many people tend to leave the interior in droves to enjoy a weekend or a holiday at the beach. As a result, there is a great demand for houses with plenty of beds for everyone to stay together. Therefore, a resource to serve this audience are bunk beds.

The ropes are references to sailors and anchors. Therefore, it is common to see this item used in beach decoration. In this case, the residents opted for a bed suspended with ropes. This gave an even more special touch to the all blue and white environment. Furthermore, it is worth highlighting the wall painted with waves.

Beach decor in Greece is well known for white and blue houses with low walls. But why not bring this reference to Brazil? And to break the monotony of white, it’s worth opting for a tree with vibrantly colored flowers.

Another much-requested item in beach decor, which is a Brazilian passion, are hammocks. There are several colors, prints, sizes and fabrics to choose from. Therefore, creating a contrast with the rest of the decoration will make them the main items on the balcony.

Beach apartment

On the other hand, if you live in the countryside, but love items that remind you of the sea, you need to check out this apartment. The decoration was developed by architects Bianca Tedesco and Viviane Sakumoto, from Tesak Arquitetura.

In the middle of São Paulo, they were challenged to transform a couple’s home using wood and colors characteristic of the beach to offer lightness and comfort.

Firstly, they opted for a living room integrated with the balcony.

“We leveled the floor, which received a light porcelain tile that evokes the tone of sand, which continues to the balcony, in a visual unity”, they explain.

Furthermore, blue was essential to bring the beach decor into the apartment. Therefore, it was added to cushions, walls and upholstery.

“Everything is very harmonious and without excess, to bring the beach atmosphere just right”, highlight the architects.
