Banana, Raisin and Oat Cake

Sweet cakes and pies

Another banana cake! There are so many here on the blog that I don’t even remember if any of them are repeated. In any case, the important thing is that the cake is good, and this fellow is wonderful! You don’t even need a mixer, you can do it “by hand”. Oh how beautiful:

Mash 2 bananas with a fork (I used nanica, also known as water banana), add 3 eggs, 1 cup of natural yogurt (200ml), 2/3 cup of oil, 2 cups of sugar, 1 cup of flour wheat, 1 cup of rolled oats, 1 cup of raisins (use the yogurt cup to measure all the ingredients), 1 tablespoon of cinnamon powder and 1 tablespoon of yeast.

Bake in a pan greased with oil and sprinkled with a mixture of sugar and cinnamon. Preheat oven at 200° until baked. Do the toothpick test, insert a toothpick into the center of the cake, if it comes out clean, the cake is baked. Then just stop by for a coffee and call to the end to eat and chat!
