I think ready-made puff pastry is a really good thing to have at home. Whenever I run out of ideas and feel like eating something different, it saves me! I usually buy the Arosa brand, which I really like, but this time I used the Mezzani one because they sent some products here to my house and the puff pastry came out, which is a launch (it’s not the same, you know?). I liked the result too, dry and very puffy dough, I really liked it!
