Ingredients

  • 4 small bananas
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups of milk
  • 1 cup of water
  • 1 cup of refined sugar

Preparation mode

  1. First, let’s prepare the banana pudding syrup. To do this, take a small pan and add the sugar.
  2. Place over low heat to melt and then add the water and stir until it reaches the ideal syrup point.
  3. Then, pour this syrup into the pudding mold and brush the sides, as if you were greasing the entire mold, and set aside.
  4. Peel and mash the bananas with a fork until soft.
  5. In a bowl, add the eggs and beat well with a whisk.
