Banana Pavé with Chocolate

A home for two people has a lot of income, right? Here at home, when I buy bananas, there are a lot of recipes to get rid of them! I don’t particularly think it’s bad because I’m bananólatra assumed!

This pavé was delicious! I made it without following any recipe and it worked really well.

I started by cutting 4 large dwarf bananas into slices and then in half. I made a caramel by boiling 1 cup of sugar, when it melted I added the chopped bananas and let it cook a little.

I took it to the fridge to cool down.

Once cold, I added 2 small boxes of very cold cream (without whey) to the banana jam and 1 tablespoon of colorless galtina prepared as I taught –> here.

I chilled it for a while (about 15 minutes) to give the cream a slight hardening. I made layers of banana cream and milk biscuits (maybe Maizena too) finishing with cream. I added chopped milk chocolate on top, but you can use whipped cream, ground cinnamon, whatever you prefer.

I like to leave the pavé in the fridge overnight before consuming so that the cookie is very wet and the pavé becomes firmer. It was very good!!!
