I “captured” the recipe on Monica’s blog. The only modification was that I added chopped Brazil nuts.

When assembling, I followed the order: farofa, banana, beaten egg, farofa and finally beaten egg again and cinnamon. It was delicious, the only problem was that it stuck a little to the molds.
For those who asked: I don’t put the paper pans inside each other, I just put them on a pizza pan and put them straight in the oven. But I use 2 molds for each cupcake.
