Banana Cake with Oats and Chia – Panelaterapia

Banana Cake with Oats and Chia

Sweet cakes and pies

This is a cake that everyone here at home likes, including my little Lis. It’s very fluffy and very aromatic! A delight for breakfast and to leave the house smelling like grandma’s kitchen! It’s a very small recipe, so if you want a bigger cake you can double all the ingredients and it works.

Ingredients:
½ mashed (large) dwarf banana;
2 eggs;
3 col. (soup) of oil;
3 col. (milk soup);
1 cabbage chia (soup)
3 col. (soup) of finely flaked oats or oat bran;
4 col. sugar (soup) (refined or brown);
6 col. (soup) of wheat flour;
1 col. German Sweet Pinch (tea);
½ cabbage (soup) of chemical ferment.

You don’t even need a mixer or blender. Simply mix the ingredients in the order above, place in a greased and floured pan and bake in a preheated oven at 180ºC for approximately 25 minutes. (as it is a small cake).

On the topping you can sprinkle a little brown sugar mixed with German Sweet Pinch. It’s delicious!

The German sweet is the first sweet pinch that was recently launched by Pitada Natural. Just like the Pitadas recommended for savory dishes, it is wonderful, in its composition it contains dehydrated apple, cinnamon, ginger, allspice and nutmeg.
If you want, you can replace it with cinnamon in the recipe, but I highly recommend that you have it at home because it really makes a difference in cakes, desserts, in yogurt, with fruit, whatever you want! To buy this and other Pitadas go to:
