  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons of oil
  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 2 tablespoons toasted and chopped walnuts
  • 4 tablespoons of NESTLÉ® Gluten-Free Organic Oat Bran
  • half a tablespoon of cinnamon powder
  • 1 tablespoon of baking powder

Preparation mode

  • In a container, beat the eggs with the oil.
  • Add the bananas and mix until smooth. Add the rest of the ingredients, leaving the yeast for last.
  • In a central hole mold (19 cm in diameter) greased with oil and sprinkled with oat bran and cinnamon powder, pour the dough and bake in a preheated medium oven (180°C) for about 25 minutes.
