I love Blueberry (also known as Blueberry) but in general, in Brazil it is very expensive! I have found the frozen package at the Extra supermarket, last time I paid R$ 8.90 but I have already seen a tiny package with approximately 1/2 cup of fresh fruit for R$ 16.00, which is absurd!!! If you can’t find it in your region, you can replace it with some dried fruit (raisins, apricots, plums, etc.).
As there are only two of us here at home, I always try to develop some cake recipes smaller, otherwise we have to eat It was for 1 week! This one is revenue for 1 way It was English (mine is 10cm x 24cm).
I mixed the ingredients in the order below with a whisk, but if you want, you can do it in a blender:
- 1 mashed banana;
- 100g of natural yogurt;
- 2 eggs;
- 1 spoon (coffee) of vanilla essence;
- 2 tablespoons of oil;
- 1 cup brown sugar;
- 1 and 1/2 cup of wheat flour;
- 1 level tablespoon of baking powder;
After everything was mixed, I added 1/2 cup (tea) of blueberries and baked in a greased and floured pan at 180º for approximately 40 minutes.
To make this hard topping sauce, just mix (without using the heat):
- 1 cup of powdered sugar;
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice;
- water until smooth (add it little by little so it doesn’t get too soft).
Just mix everything until it becomes like a thick cream. I usually wait until the cake is almost cold before putting it on top. In 10 minutes it hardens.
It’s delicious! And hey, blueberry is expensive but it’s super healthy and delicious!!!
