I’m being very spoiled here in Presidente Prudente hahaha! In addition to Fran’s Churros Cake that I posted yesterday, I won the Bakery Pudding from Lindi. You know that firmer pudding that bakeries sell? So, that’s it. I love!!! And of course I also took the revenue!
The ingredients are:
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup (tea) sugar
- 500 ml leite
- 6 level tablespoons of wheat flour
- 1/3 cup (tea) grated coconut
- 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 level tablespoon of unsalted butter or margarine
- 1 dessert spoon of vanilla essence
Hot:
- 1 cup (tea) sugar
Way of doing:
Caramelize the sugar directly in the mold and spread it over the bottom and sides.
Blend all the pudding ingredients in a blender and pour over the syrup. Bake in a bain-marie in a preheated oven at 200º. The oven time will depend on the power of your oven. It varies from 30 minutes to 1 hour and 10 minutes. See when the pudding is firm to the touch it is good. Let cool, refrigerate for 1 hour and unmold.
