Baked Salted Tamale

A delicious suggestion for you to rock the Festas Juninas. This recipe can be made with many flavors. You can use just cheese, you can make it with chicken filling, with ground meat, in short, you can make it with many flavors. It has a very moist and soft consistency, but if you want it to be firmer, with more of a cake consistency, double the amount of corn flour.

Ingredients:
300 ml of milk
1/3 cup (tea) oil
3 eggs
2 cans of green corn without the water
1 tablet of legume broth
1/2 cup (tea) corn flour
3 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon of dried parsley
1 teaspoon of oregano
1 teaspoon of salt
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 cup pepperoni (cut into small cubes)
1 cup white cheese (diced)
* grated parmesan (to sprinkle on top

Blend the milk, oil, eggs, corn, vegetable broth, corn flour and parmesan in a blender. Pour into a container and add the other ingredients. Place in a greased and floured pan, cover with parmesan and bake in a preheated oven at 200ºC until golden.
