
I confess that I wasn’t very creative today, but it’s a recipe that everyone will like! It goes so well with any type of meat that it ends up becoming a main dish. Easy and quick:
Remove the skin from 4 medium potatoes. Cut into slices and cook in boiling salted water for 12 minutes. Remove the potatoes from the heat, drain and set aside.
For the cream cheese:
Mix 1 tablespoon of cornstarch (Maizena), 250ml (1 glass) of milk and 50g of grated Parmesan cheese, heat until it boils and thickens. Remove from heat and add 1/2 cup of cottage cheese and nutmeg to taste (I used a pinch). If necessary, you can add a little salt.
Assembly and finishing:
Grease a baking dish with butter, place the potato slices, cover with cream cheese and sprinkle with grated parmesan. Bake until golden.
