Baked Chicken Rolls

Meat

Kitano challenged me to make a creative and very tasty recipe with the brand’s seasonings and wants to find out who has the best seasoning on the internet! I and other blogger friends were invited to participate. I chose to make these chicken rolls stuffed with seasoned ricotta, sun-dried tomatoes and arugula. An easy and delicious recipe that everyone can make in their own way, giving their personal touch and using the Kitano seasonings they like most. Follow:

Ingredients:
6 chicken fillets;
1 small mashed ricotta;
2 spoons of cream;
8 units of chopped dried tomatoes;
arugula leaves;
Olive oil, salt, black pepper, rosemary and oregano to taste.

Start by mixing the ricotta with the cream, a drizzle of olive oil, salt, black pepper, oregano and rosemary. I love dehydrated oregano and rosemary, but Kitano has a huge line of options for you to make your dishes tastier and more your own (see how many options here)! You can be creative and make the filling however you prefer. Season the fillets with olive oil, salt and pepper. On each one, spread a layer of ricotta, pieces of sun-dried tomato and arugula leaves. Roll up like a jelly roll.
