It’s not new that zucchini and bacon is a combination that works, right people? Because adding the smoky flavor of bacon with the softness of zucchini, it can’t be bad! I already made this recipe some time ago, but you kept asking me to record it on video, after all it makes it much easier to understand all the steps.
The ingredients used were:
– 1 cup (tea) chopped bacon;
– 2 cups (tea) of zucchini, cut into cubes (+ or – one large zucchini or two small ones);
– 1 small seedless tomato, chopped;
– 1 small chopped onion;
– 2 tablespoons of lemon juice;
– 2 beaten eggs;
– 2 tablespoons of wheat flour;
– 4 tablespoons of milk;
– 4 tablespoons of grated parmesan (2 for the dough and 2 to sprinkle on top);
– 1 very level spoon (soup) of baking powder;
– Salt and pepper to taste.
