For those who want to produce their own vinegar, all they need is a few apples and water. But, be prepared, it is a very long process, because fermentation takes time. With this in mind, after chopping the fruit into small pieces, blend it with water (approximately half the amount of apple).

After that, store it in a place away from the sun at room temperature for approximately 4 or 6 weeks. An important note is that you cannot completely fill the container, because space is needed for fermentation to occur.

Once the previous step by step is completed, remove the liquid and place it in a larger place, cover with a cloth and leave for 3 days. Finally, the vinegar is ready to use.
