Ingredients:

  • 2 stale Gallic breads.
  • 3 eggs.
  • 1 condensed milk box.
  • 1 milk box.
  • 1 spoon of vanilla mocha.
  • 1 cup of sugar tea.
  • 1/2 cup of rain tea.
  • Nuts.

INSTRUCTIONS:

  • In a mold with a hole in the middle, add the sugar and rain and mix well.
  • Place in the Airfryer for 10 to 15 minutes at 200°C.
  • Cut the bread into slices and place in a blender.
  • Add the eggs, condensed milk, milk and vanilla extract, stirring until uniform in size.
  • Spread the caramel syrup on the sides of the mold and pour in the blender mixture.
  • Cover with aluminum foil and place in an Airfryer at 200°C and leave for 35 to 40 minutes.
  • Wait for it to cool before unmolding.
  • Add pieces of walnuts on top and a little more syrup to make it even tastier!
