
My favorite salad is not caprese, nor ceasar, nor thai salad, it is a very simple salad!
Italian tomato cut into slices and then in half, that pickled chive (which I taught you how to make here) and very thin pepper strips.
Everything is well seasoned with olive oil, drops of balsamic, salt and pepper.
Now one more tip: A question so connected that the pepper skin gives you heartburn monster neither?

But putting peppers in the oven or on the stovetop to burn the skin isn’t doing anything wrong. I have a certain laziness to do this. So I use a vegetable peeler like the one in the photo and in 2 seconds I have a peeled pepper with no effort and no mess!
Oh, if there’s a holiday “barbecue” tomorrow, this little salad with ham sausage doesn’t need anything else!
