This recipe is to help those who are on a diet, in fact, those who don’t, right people? Mine lasts 1 day, but I’m always trying hahaha. Now if you’re not on a diet, but want an easy and delicious option, this recipe is also for you! Quick snack, low carb and gluten free!
Ingredients:
1 ovo
1 col. curd (soup)
1/2 col. chemical yeast tea
salt to taste (I don’t add it)
I mix everything and put it in a small Tupperware container that is about the size of a slice of bread. To make it easier, you can grease it with a little olive oil. I microwave it for 2 minutes, remove it, cut it in half, forming 2 slices. I add the filling (usually just cheese or cheese and ham) and grill it for 1 minute in the hot sandwich maker (or until golden). If you don’t have a sandwich maker, you can brown it in the pan, which works just as well.
