Four recipes for easy and delicious pâtés for people to snack on while watching their favorite lives and series! Since meeting up with friends isn’t possible yet, right people? It has become more flexible but the virus is still at full steam! So you shouldn’t be careless, okay?
Tuna pate
1/2 cup cold milk
1 clove of garlic
1 can of solid tuna, drained
2/3 cup (tea) oil (approximately)
Salt and chopped chives to taste
Place the milk, garlic and tuna in the blender and turn it on at low speed. Increase the speed to high and add the oil in a stream until consistent. If necessary, add more oil until the desired consistency is reached. Turn off, add salt and green chillies and beat quickly to mix. Transfer to a small ovenproof dish and serve with toast.
Gorgonzola pate
200g chopped gorgonzola cheese
1 box of cream
1/2 cup (tea) cottage cheese
4 tablespoons chopped chives
In a bowl, mix all the ingredients well until it becomes pasty. Transfer to a small ovenproof dish and serve with toast.
Black olive pate
150g chopped black olives
1 cup crumbled ricotta
1/2 box of cream
1 tablespoon oregano
3 tablespoons of olive oil
Blend all ingredients in the processor until a paste forms. Transfer to a small ovenproof dish and serve with toast.
Sun-dried tomato pate
150g dried tomato
1/2 box of cream
1 cup (tea) cream cheese
1 pinch of spicy paprika
Salt to taste
Blend all ingredients in the processor until a paste forms. Transfer to a small ovenproof dish and serve with toast.
