1. Orange and aloe juice

Ingredients
- 2 oranges;
- 50 mL of aloe vera juice.
Preparation mode
Squeeze the oranges and blend them in a blender with the aloe vera, then drink them, preferably unsweetened. Do 1 to 2 times a day.
2. Orange and ginger juice
Ginger has anti-inflammatory properties and helps thin the blood, facilitating circulation in the blood vessels and reducing blood pressure.

- Juice of 3 oranges;
- 2 g of ginger;
Preparation mode
Blend the orange juice and ginger in a blender, taking half in the morning and half in the afternoon.
3. Orange and cucumber juice
Cucumber and cucumber orange juice has an antioxidant and diuretic action, which also helps combat fluid retention, improve circulation and reduce blood pressure.

- Juice of 2 oranges;
- 1 cucumber.
Preparation mode
Blend the orange and cucumber juice in a blender, then drink without sweetening.
4. Beetroot, carrot, orange and lemon juice
Beetroot juice with carrots, oranges and lemons is also an option to help lower blood pressure, as beets contain nitrates, which are related to pressure regulation.
Furthermore, carrots, oranges and lemons have antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties, which also help regulate blood pressure and prevent the development of cardiovascular diseases.
Ingredients
- 1 beet;
- 1 carrot;
- 1 orange;
- 1 lemon;
- 2 spoons of honey.
Preparation mode
Remove all the juice from the oranges and lemon, using a juicer, and place in the blender along with the cut beetroot and carrot. Then, beat well and add a spoonful of honey to sweeten and drink at least twice a day.
