Another recipe I made for Finna. This time using self-raising flour, which in addition to its wonderful quality, also makes the recipe more practical. The dough for this pie was extremely soft and the combination of corn and bacon is one of the best in my life! So let’s learn how to do it?
Dough Ingredients:
2 eggs
1/3 cup (tea) olive oil
200ml of milk
1 cup (tea) self-raising flour
1 teaspoon of salt
2 tablespoons parmesan
Coverage Ingredients:
150g de bacon
½ onion
3 tablespoons of cooked corn
2 tablespoons green scent.
1/3 cup grated parmesan
Way of doing:
Saute the bacon in its own fat. Add the onion and let it wilt. Add the corn and green chillies and sauté well. Let it cool while you prepare the dough.
In a container add the eggs, olive oil, milk and mix. Add the flour little by little, add the salt and parmesan. Use a wire whisk to mix everything. If you want, you can beat it with a mixer or blender.
In the chosen molds fill 2/3 with the dough, add 1 tablespoon of topping, cover with grated parmesan. Preheat the oven to 180ºC for 10 minutes and bake for approximately 25 minutes, or until golden.
If you are going to use pie molds, I recommend greasing and flouring them.
Yields 8 tartlets (100ml pan).
