Polishop sent me the Vegan Milk Machine and those who follow me on Instagram saw me talk about and show the product a lot. It is used to make plant-based milks, but it also makes vitamins and creams. Briefly explaining, you put the grains, seeds or nuts you want to use in the Vegan, add water and it grinds, cooks and delivers the ready-made milk.
And to test this product I made soy milk and a lactose-free savory pie using both this milk and the remaining soy residue and it was delicious!!!
If you don’t have the device, or don’t make soy milk at home, you don’t need to use the waste, you can exclude it from the recipe, which works too, or use 1 tablespoon of fine oat flakes). And yes, you can use cow’s milk if you want or another vegetable “milk” (I know it’s not milk, but it’s meant to be educational, ok?).
Dough ingredients:
1 cup. (tea) from our soy milk;
1/2 cup. olive oil (tea);
3 eggs;
1/2 cup. (tea) from soybean residues;
1 and 1/2 cup. (tea) wheat flour;
1 teaspoon of salt;
1 tablespoon of chemical baking powder.
Filling Ingredients:
1 small grated zucchini (without the central part of the core);

1 can of drained tuna (without water or oil);
