This is a house with no shortage of bananas! When I see that we won’t be able to eat, I immediately make a sweet treat. This pie was completely made up!
Massa:
1 and 1/2 package of crushed milk biscuits;
Margarine until smooth.
Mix until it becomes a very moist crumb.
Creme:
2 sifted egg yolks;
2 tablespoons of cornstarch dissolved in 200 ml of milk;
1 tablespoon of vanilla essence;
1/2 can of cream.
1/2 can of condensed milk.
Roof:
3 tablespoons of sugar;
4 small bananas, sliced.
PREPARATION: Line a removable bottom baking tray with the dough, pressing it well. Bake in a medium oven until golden.
Make the cream by mixing all the ingredients (except the cream) and cook over low heat until it thickens. Add the cream and let it cool. Once cold, spread over the dough (also cold). Make a caramel by heating the 3 tablespoons of sugar. Once it melts, add the sliced bananas until they are golden. Let it cool and spread over the cream.
Refrigerate for 3 hours until unmolded. I used whipped cream to decorate.
