Salso Dumpling Recipe in the Airfryer

Ingredients:
- 1 large grated carrot.
- 3 eggs.
- 2 cups of finely flaked oat tea.
- 2 chopped garlic cloves.
- 300g of cooked and shredded chicken (seasoned).
- Finely chopped onion.
- Chopped green smell.
- Sal.
- Black pepper.
- Mozzarella cheese, cut into cubes.
- Oil.
INSTRUCTIONS:
- In a bowl, place the grated carrot, eggs, oats, onion, garlic, green onion, salt and black pepper, mix well.
- Add the shredded chicken and mix with your hands.
- Shape the size into a ball, press into a disc, add the mozzarella cheese and close in the desired shape. (Ball, croquette).
- Brush oil.
- Place in an Airfryer already preheated to 180°C and leave for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden.
