(Lots of) Chocolate Cookies

Sweet cakes and pies

Who in this life doesn’t love cookies? Who doesn’t love the smell of cookies in the kitchen? All the best people! And if it’s really chocolatey like this one then! Ahaza!!! Now I can tell you that homemade cookies will never remain as crispy as those purchased, due to the homemade ingredients, but they are still delicious, take note:

Ingredients
1/2 cup unsalted butter
1/2 cup (tea) sugar
1 ovo
1/2 cup (tea) brown sugar
Drops of vanilla essence (to taste)
1 cup (tea) wheat flour
1/2 cup (tea) chocolate powder
1 tablespoon of milk
1 teaspoon of baking soda

Mix all the ingredients (use a large spoon and a bowl, no mixer needed). Add ½ cup chocolate chips or chopped chocolate (I used grated milk chocolate, so it blended into the batter and I loved it).

Line a baking tray with baking paper, place the dough in spoonfuls, leaving plenty of space between them, as they rise a lot. Don’t worry too much about the shape, after heating the dough it spreads out and forms a circle.

Bake in a preheated oven at 200º for about 15 minutes.

Remove from the oven, wait 5 minutes (if you try to remove it before it breaks), use a spatula to remove the biscuits, which will be soft, and place on a wire rack until they cool (you can use a dish drainer). They harden once cooled.
The recipe makes 12 to 15 large cookies. “Dilicha” that’s it!
